Intercom Instructions for Above and Beyond Psych

Welcome to Above and Beyond Psych! Please follow the instructions below based on the time of your appointment:

During Staffed Hours:

  1. If parking in the building car park, park in the visitors' parking area. If parked on the street or coming from public transport, proceed to the front of the building entrance.

  2. Upon reaching the foyer, press 3 on the left-hand side to call a lift. If you have any difficulties ring Haven Work using the lift intercom system.

  3. Once on Level 3, let reception know that you are here for Above and Beyond Psych.

After Hours (after 5pm)

  1. When you pull into the 1 Chalmers Crescent driveway, use the intercom located on the wall to the right of the garage door (if you are parking inside the carpark). Alternatively there is street parking.

  2. Ring Haven Work and wait for instructions.

  3. If no one answers, please text your therapist to notify them that you have arrived.

  4. Once allowed into the car park, your therapist will meet you in the garage and escort you to your appointment.

  5. If parked on street or walked from train station press the Haven Work on the intercom, when answered, approach the intercom next to the lift and ring Haven Work again, when answered press level 3.
